HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Be sure to check your order confirmation email! Our fulfillment time frame can be found in there. A typical timeline is 7-10 business days, but this may change depending on high volume events like Black Friday. Once our fulfillment team packs your order, it will be picked up by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email with your tracking number. Please keep in mind there may be delays during transit that are beyond our control. We suggest contacting your package's shipping courier for any delivery questions you may have.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO YUNAK?
If your package has made a trip back to us, don't worry! Orders may be returned for a variety of reasons (an incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties, etc.). Whatever the reason may be, we can address the issue once your package has arrived at our warehouse. We are currently not offering reshipments for returned packages, so a refund will be issued to you once your package has been delivered to our warehouse. Please note original shipping costs will not be refunded.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER? 
You'll find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
International shipments will be handed off at customs to your local postal service. If you have any additional questions or concerns, our Support Team is ready to help- just submit a ticket via our contact form.

WHY DOES MY PACKAGE SAY IT WAS DELIVERED IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT? 
We suggest double checking around your property, mailbox, front desk/locker area, and with neighbours first.
It is recommended by the couriers we use to wait an additional 5 business days for delivery. It is very common for packages to be delivered a few days after initially being marked as delivered.
If you still haven't received your package by the fifth business day, please proceed in opening a claim through your local courier. If you have waited these extra days, or would like further assistance looking into your package's delivery, please contact our Support Team! Please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. This will ensure that our team is able to assist you further and open an investigation on applicable orders.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES ON MY ORDER? 
Your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by Yunak and are beyond our control. If you have questions as to why you are billed certain import fees/taxes, or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the courier that directly billed you.
